As the managing director of Grow Consulting Group, Ayda leads a committed and energetic team of property investment professionals. Over the past seven years, she has helped numerous clients from all walks of life secure their financial future through property investment.

A passionate investor herself, Ayda fully understands the risks, rewards and requirements associated with investing in property. Her extensive experience and expertise underpins her ability to help investors through all the steps involved in buying and managing property investments.

In addition to property consulting, Ayda has been involved in many aspects of investment and finance. She has consulted to property developers on house and land packages, managed building projects, as well as worked in finance and lending.  She has an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and of Business Management together with a Diploma of Project Management.

Darrin Leung

Director

One of two directors of Grow Consulting Group, Darrin brings great vision, expertise and drive to the company. He is responsible for the strategic planning and the overall direction of the business.

Darrin is a man of few words however prefers his actions to speak loud for him. He is genuine in his dealings and empathetic towards his clients. He believes strongly in his core values towards family and friends, and to his clients, he prefers delivering promises rather than speaking about them. He is a relentless hard worker and skilful in executing ideas, and turning dreams into reality. A businessman by birthright, Darrin spends most of his days refining and perfecting the business, improving systems and developing the Grow brand.

Since buying his first investment property in 2002, Darrin has been fixated on property. He spent most of his earlier days researching and understanding it - looking for the best opportunity to capitalise on. Going through the process for the first time, he found that there was no one simple answer for buying property. The process seemed slow and the information was hard to access. However becoming successful in his first investment, Darrin discovered that he had a natural talent for property and believed that this was his calling.

Darrin also proved himself in the development and building industry, in 2001 gaining experience working for various government departments and private development consulting firms. He graduated from QUT in 2005 with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering Technology and in 2007 completed his Masters in Built Environment in Urban Design and Planning.

Darrin has also managed the development of multi-unit residential projects and has designed, project-managed and worked closely with other professionals in the industry ranging from architects, town planners and building certifiers.

A co-founder of Grow Consulting Group, Darrin believes that his business is more like an extension of his personal life philosophy. He believes that everybody has a purpose and the ability to reach their desired goals and grow to their fullest potential. He had the idea that Grow Consulting Group could simply be that one place that did everything for you, as well as making it fast, simple and easy. He developed the core philosophy of "a tailored solution" with the idea that this becomes the environment to foster the healthy growth for each person to reach their full potential.

Darrin's comprehensive experience and all-round knowledge is ideally suited to helping clients and business associates across a range of property investment and development matters. Along with his technical skills, Darrin brings to the business enthusiasm, energy and a total commitment to providing outstanding service to all his clients and business partners.

Vicki Graham

Finance Administration

Vicki is an integral part of the team at Grow Consulting Group, working closely with clients to maximise their financial potential to grow and prosper. Vicki assists clients to structure new and existing loans to suit their individual needs and circumstances, taking into account their goals for the future.

Supporting and educating clients so that they fully understand the financial process that will ultimately propel them toward achieving their goals is a part of the service here at Grow Consulting Group that we pride ourselves on as our point of difference. 

Vicki's role at Grow Consulting Group capitalises on an impressive suite of skills honed during her background in customer service for one of the major banking corporations. With her own impressive property investment portfolio of her own, Vicki is passionate about taking the time to really explain the options and process to clients so they understand what is being offered and what their choices are.

Having been with Grow Consulting Group since its inception, Vicki prides herself on her exceptional customer service skills, where she continually updates the client on their current financial situation. Her practical knowledge in finance and investing ensures she can relate to clients and empathise, while advising them on their full range of opportunities.

As well as excelling in the professional sphere, Vicki is an award-winning golfer.

Eileen Shabanzadeh

Property Manager

Eileen's key attribute as a Property Manager is her ability to engage and relate to people.   In fact, her track record of managing client's investment properties is outstanding.  Eileen listens to her clients and their goals and expectations to provide fully comprehensive property management.

Eileen strives to achieve an outstanding rental return for all investment properties and to ensure that all investor's needs are met; whilst never compromising the needs of her tenants.   

In addition to being enthusiastic and passionate about real estate, Eileen prides herself on her attention to detail and her diligence.  She is focused on making certain that every client is treated as an individual. Her charisma and go getter attitude are just some of the qualities she holds, make sure she meets and maintains all her clients requirements.

Eileen's goal is to ensure that she leaves every property in the hands of a quality tenant with minimum vacancy and that the management of the property is always dealt with in a professional manner.

Having an Investment Property and owning her own home, Eileen manages each property as if they are her own.  In addition to property inspections, Eileen also ensure that each tenant is educated to her high standards on keeping the property well presented at all times.   Eileen believes communication is the key to successful management and always ensures the owners and tenants are always kept up to date with any items relating to the property.

Prior to working in the property management field, Eileen enjoyed a successful and diverse career in accounting, tourism, and advertising. During this time, she honed her interpersonal skills in client contact and service roles.

Cavell Cooper

Account Manager

Cavell Cooper, an Account Manager at Grow Consulting Group, has a genuine passion for and commitment to nurturing effective relationships with the organisation's clients and business partners.

A licensed real estate agent, with a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, Cavell is also completing his Bachelor of Business.

All of Cavell's previous roles were built on trust and responsibility to achieve results. His extensive background in the management of staff and clients in the mortgage brokering, manufacturing and retail travel industries have ensured he has built exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Cavell was Chief of Staff for a large mortgage broking franchise group for a number of years, managing over 100 staff, and prior to that role of large responsibility, was employed for four years as Special Projects Manager for a large manufacturing company, overseeing a number of important business areas.

Both of his previous roles required continuous business evaluation and the development of solutions for constant improvement to current systems. In the mortgage broking organisation, he was also responsible for event management and ongoing training, and he negotiated supply contracts for franchisees and provided continuous support to the franchisee base.

Cavell is committed to providing premium and results-driven service to Grow Consulting Group's expanding client and business database. His genuine enthusiasm for the property industry and commitment to both his work and clients ensure a win-win situation for all of Grow Consulting Group's clients and business partners.

Michelle Figueroa

Junior Office Administrator

In her own words, Michelle describes herself as a hard worker with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Her work ethic reflects in the way she strives to achieve the best of her ability in both her professional and personal life.

As a past Journalism student, Michelle has the determination to study and to expand her knowledge within the workforce. She has a passion for property and developing her skills within Property Management.

With four years of customer service experience, Michelle is committed to providing high quality service and focuses on building a positive relationship with clients. With this experience she has gained efficient time management skills, excels under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
