Property Investment in the New Financial Year

The start of the New Financial Year brings with it the perfect conditions to invest in property due to improved market conditions, falling interest rates, and still  very competitive vendor conditions offering great incentives on properties within the city and city-fringe growth areas right now.

Recent statistics from the REIQ show evidence of tightening vacancy rates and rising rents, as well as sales volumes starting to increase and an increase in the median house price, of 1.2% to $505,000 over the March quarter.

Furthermore, there are additional savings on offer for home buyers and investors, with stamp duty being dramatically reduced from 1 July 2012 allowing buyers to save up to $7000. In addition, the sustainability declaration bill will be demolished, making the buying (and selling) process easier and with less paperwork.

Due to the changes, the market is likely to welcome a whole host of new buyers, resulting in more competition for the best property, and making this the ideal time to work with a Buyers Advocate to negotiate on your behalf, protect your interests and to ultimately get the best buy.

If your resolution for this New Financial Year is to start your financial and wealth planning afresh with an investment property, then join high profile property investment consultant, Ayda Shabanzadeh from Grow Consulting Group, for our free workshop. Ayda has helped hundreds of other locals create choices for their future by investing in profitable property opportunities within their affordability.
