property investment workshop creates options

When Hollie Paterson and partner, Wayne Wakefield, signed up to attend a Property Investment workshop run by Grow Consulting Group last year, they had no idea that it would ultimately change the path of their lives, and shape their future possibilities.

Hollie says the workshop came at the perfect time for them, as they had always recognised the value in property as a means to creating choices in the future, and had hoped that they would ultimately be able invest in property when time and their situation permitted.  

While the couple hoped to learn more about specific benefits of investing in the Brisbane property market at the Grow Consulting Group workshop, as well as a few strategies and opportunities, they were pleasantly surprised by the depth of information provided in a non-threatening environment.

"We found the workshop to be extremely informative and were excited by the insight into different ways we could enter the property market as investors," she explained.

"The information was presented in a way that was easy to grasp, with great enthusiasm, and I felt they genuinely wanted to share what can be achieved through investment property." 

Knowledge is indeed power, and the workshop gave the couple plenty to think about, as well as the realisation that they could, in fact, buy an investment property earlier and with greater ease than they had ever anticipated. 

Inspired by the workshop, Hollie and Wayne arranged a one on one consultation with Ayda Shabanzadeh to talk about their individual situation and how to achieve their goals trough property. 

"We discussed our current financial situation and lifestyle, while Ayda listened intently, and then Ayda encouraged us to think about the future we would ultimately aspire to, asking questions such as when would we like to retire and what kind of goals we had for the short and long term." 

As a result of the workshop and consultation, the couple are now proud property investors, having purchased an investment property in Teneriffe, and are currently working toward a clear strategy developed in conjunction with Grow to expand their portfolio in time.
