Grow Consulting Group\'s Ayda Shabanzadeh said for the first time in 100 years it is more common for people be unmarried, and a quarter of the nation\'s population now lives alone.

She said demand for more inner-city accommodation catering to singles and unmarried couples could mean the end of traditional houses for the CBD.
